On our website, you’ll find high heels and commercial choreography classes, heels technique, flexibility, and strength training. It’s designed to help you learn new moves, improve your technique and skills, and have fun dancing with us from anywhere in the world.

Our classes are designed for anyone who loves dancing and wants to explore their feminine movement, build technique and vocabulary, boost their confidence, and access dance classes anytime, from anywhere.

Not at all! We offer different levels, so whether you’re new to dancing or more advanced, you’ll find classes that suit your style and help you grow.

If you ever find a class or certain moves challenging, don’t worry! You can watch the videos as many times as you need and learn at your own pace. Plus, you’ll have access to our Tips & Tricks videos, designed to help you improve more quickly and effectively.

Just a device with internet access, comfortable clothes and some space. If you’re doing high heels classes, we recommend to have a pair  dance heels, but you can also train in socks or flat shoes.

Yes! Some plans include feedback options where you can submit videos and receive personalized comments to help you improve.

Yes. All classes are pre-recorded and available on-demand, so you can dance on your own schedule, wherever you are.

Our main platform includes pre-recorded classes for maximum flexibility. Live sessions or workshops may also be available occasionally, stay tuned on our Instagram @hotstuff.dance for updates!

All classes are currently in Greek, but they are easy to follow visually, perfect even for non-native speakers. Greek and English subtitles will be added soon to make your learning experience even smoother.
